Saachi is an attractive female, not too far from BJ’s age. Of course he’s hit on her.

I think it’s been established that BJ’s standards are pretty much female, pulse.
Hoping that BJ remembers about the book and takes it with him as he leaves, if it is possible.
I think Dick still has it in his possession. Not a good idea trying to get involved in a fight between genies.
If Dick is busy fighting a magical monster, he might have to drop the book, which might create an opening for BJ to grab it.
I’ve reviewed the previous pages and it doesn’t seem like Dick is holding the book in either hand.
