Kaelyn is the youngest member of The Imposition. As the daughter of the ill-fated Racheal, she is close to her grandfather and trainer, #1. She may find that the lines get a little blurry in the field, and somethings training can't prepare you for.
BJ, or Boyd Johnson, thinks himself the ladies man. He couldn't be more wrong, but that doesn't stop him from trying to woo the fairer sex when he can.
Red was a boy until a new genie tried to get Melvin a girlfriend. That's when the genie turned Red into a girl so Melvin could practice talking to girls, and forgot to turn her back before disappearing. Red is hopeful that her situation is only temporary.
Cycle-Gal has made a miscalculation here. When you’re following someone, the idea is to remain unobtrusive, not get into a road-race. She had some kind of a tracking device she was using; it was foolish not to hang back and let it do its job. Now she’s exposed herself and tipped off her target. A real rookie mistake.
That last panel along with the one before it makes me think that someone just realized they pulled infront of a moving car. The problem for spy girl will be that in a game of push with a car the car wins and without a helmet this can not end well.
The more I see of Ida the more I love her! She has got mad skills! She can tell she is being followed and knows how to lose them! She’s more than your ditzy model! She is bad ass! Is there anything she can’t do?!
And it looks like she is the only one who knows what is going on too. Everyone else looks oblivious.
I hope that spy girl doesn’t get too messed up from this! Maybe Ida will yell at Melvin to quickly do something for her. Though I doubt there is time for that by the looks of it.
And you guys thought she was in for trouble with Kazom! She is in a league of her own! No one is a match for her! Something tells me she isn’t just a model or model handler! That has to be a front! Super secret agent supreme, or top level witch with centuries experience and the all time baddest bod, or something!
It is not panicking to take someone who vomits and then passes out with a high fever to the emergency room, even if you are a doctor. There’s a wide range of possibilities and few of them are crap you want to mess around with. Septic shock, urinary tract infection, meningitis, appendicitis, and even tick borne diseases have all been mentioned. Lab and pharmacy access alone are worth the trip.
Having been the driver of that oncoming car, recently, I’m wishing that this strip had had a trigger warning.
Luckily the driver of the bike I hit survived (he was wearing a helmet, and bike leathers) but having watched a person get tossed over my hood and on top of my car because he had to run a light was kinda unpleasant. Insurance hassles will not even be mentioned. I do hope that this driver is luckier.
Oh yeah, Ida is going to be a real asset to the team. First day in the loop and she’s developed a “spidey sense.”
Agreed, and that spy girl had better watch out or she going to be flat girl from here on out.
Oh, YES! I knew I liked Ida!

Yes, her task was to track her target to their next destination, NOT to intercept them before they reached it.
“Watch for Motorcycles.”

Spotting and losing a tail would be a skill she picked up as a model. If she was famous she would have been hounded by paparazzi.
Models don’t get skills like that. And at that level. Avoiding paparazzi is one thing, but what Ida has is some serious leveled up stuff!
Heck. I’d almost say she deserves her own spin off! Or at least a flashback background arc or two. Complete with fan service and a groovy soundtrack!

See my post above. ^
Is this going to lead to a heartwarming hospital bedside scene?
Oh, like the one we’re probably going to get over at Misfile with Ash passing out from a fever?
Ash’s father is a doctor. I don’t think he’ll panic and send her to a hospital, he just care for her at home.

(Not to derail with discussion of another strip, but just as a public service message.)
Noticed panel three gives a small corner panty shot from spy girl’s windblown super short skirt.
