I see a misfire here. Instead of turning Red or Tiffany back into a guy or Clarence, it bounces off her, because, she was turned into a girl by Jeanie and lands on JJ who doesn’t any other magic on her to interfere with the magic to turn a girl into a guy magic to stop transformation process. It will be basically a bank shot side pocket and it a score.

Alternatively, it might involve awakening Red as a Witch, which (heh) means that the Southeil Girls will be doubling down on their pursuit of the Thornton teen.
I would go for the witch thing being awakened than anything else. If the witch inside her were to be created or to awake, that may end all possibility of her going back to being a guy, especially if that incantation had a female lock on it.

I’m predicting that Red’s arc will be like what used to happen all the time to the Hulk, where he’ll get cured briefly, but voluntarily choose to switch back because the fate of the world depends on it.

I honestly feel that this whole ‘transform Tiffany into Clarence’ plan is a case of Melvin doing something Melvin wants to do, because he, personally, wants to do it. Red’s feelings on the matter simply aren’t a consideration and if she’s pleased by the results of his antics it’ll only be by coincidence. Also, isn’t that object he’s planning to quest for a thing of pure chaotic magic? Quite frankly, I wouldn’t want to be anywhere near an artefact like that, let alone have it used on me. Could Red even count on remaining human if Melvin has his way?
Tiffany does want to go back to being Clarence, but, I don’t think that she would like Melvin experimenting on her to try and change her back to being a guy, especially when there could be some very terrible consequences to Melvin to random and less than perfect spell that have a tendency to do things that you didn’t what happen. Like what happened to the frog that was turned into a monster and such. I think Tiffany would like to stay human even if it a female human, rather than take the chances of turning into something other than human by a mistake caused by one of Melvin spell. Beside, I don’t see one of Melvin spell being successful and having a good end to it and Clarence living happily ever after as a guy. Beside, Tiffany been a girl for almost a year now, so that might also cause other problems too. Tiffany is starting think like a girl and is probably starting act like a girl too. We also don’t know how much girl training that Mary has done to Tiffany. The have school where they teach young girl how to be ladies. Like how to walk, talk, act and think like a lady too. Your a lady, and you like being a lady too, like over and over again with headset in front of TV set to instill the fact that she is Tiffany and not Clarence in her mind. I can’t see Mary her mother missing this opportunity to do this to Tiffany. This would be in addition to she is already doing to Tiffany by immersing her into everything that female and nothing that would be consider masculine or something consider for a guy. Thing like and all girl school, female modal for displaying female cloths and walking gangplank in live audience watch and being bused around with paid guy escort to different places and there is her modeling for game for female person. Another year or two of something like this and Tiffany may be more a girl than a guy even.
I don’t seeing Tiffany leaving any time soon. the only way Red will return if he becomes Tiffany’s twin brother.

Outside influences/interference/sabotage will cause the restoration of Clarence Thornton to be to his original transformation that is less busty than his current form.
I’m most likely wrong but speculating is fun.
PS I loved the stunned blush on Jennifer, it was hilarious! I also agree with Willis’ observation, you can clearly see the Shadowy ones in panel 2 and behind BJ & JJ in previous comics with glowing Melvin, so in panel 8 they are either fleeing the light of the Azure or rushing off to report what just happened.

The is only one conclusion I can see to have Melvin to make good on his promise and keep Tiff around, is he dose some sort of separation spell. except instead of removing Jaenieās spell, it either pulls the remnants of Clarence out of Tiff to from itās own separate entity. that is Clarence but not at the same time or vice versa. so we either get Clarence turns back into a guy, but Tiff becomes her own separate entity with possibly different or alternative memories. or vice versa and you get Clarence 2 except with maybe no memory of being tiff. either way Iām probably 100% wrong, I just want to see some Cute moments of Red/Tiff and Melvin
