The loss is temporary. Those brain cell can’t work because the blood supposed to carry oxygen for them is busy elsewhere.

How tall is Dick? He appears 3 feet taller than Red, and I thought she was a tall young woman.
Hmmm. She is *slightly* hunched, but yeah that panel does look like he’s MEGA tall.
That said, he’s based on a guy who was over six feet tall and built like a football player. Unless Red is shorter than 5’0″ at full height, that panel is likely inaccurate.
