For those who may have forgotten, this is actually the first time that Red and Melvin has seen each other since before Red left on her modeling tour, which lasted for most of the summer. Said tour was last mentioned on Page 4 of Hollum’s run of MC.
I knew Kahin was up to something, as well as aware of Eashiqa’s plan to eliminate him.

Red is really pushing the girl right now with that hand on her hip and pushing her chest forward. I’m not sure that there would be much boy left to bring back currently.

Is not just Red. The way Melvin talks, hugs, and looks at “Clarence”…let’s simply say that boy seems to have a massive case of cognitive dissonance.
I wouldn’t be surprised if they start holding hands in the cave completely unaware of the looks of BJ and Ida.
I think there still might be enough boy left in Red to change her back into a guy, but, he is fading fast and there soon won’t be enough boy left to even want to make the change back into a guy soon. But, those female mannerism of Red does indicate that she is starting to cross the boundaries into being a female and wanting to even stay female even. Red is definitely well onto the path of losing her identity of being a guy and accepting her identity as a female.
