Late update due to some unforeseen stepbacks on my end, but in a comic about witches, Halloween is a holiday we can’t miss out on!
I may be also be getting ahead of myself here, since last time we saw them, Red and Debbie weren’t officially part of the council, yet. But still, if they are ever meant to join their ranks, I am sure little Verónica and her friend would be eager to get them accustomed to the Council’s duties with the holidays!

Minor grammer point . . . it should be, “Who should kiss whom??”.
If the spell is supposed to end by midnight, then shouldn’t Tiff be Cinderella instead?
She said the enchantment should end by 12 midnight which would be a Cinderella type enchantment.
She also saying something about those Grimm’s Spell and there being more than one type of Spell or Enchantment as in Sleeping Beauty type being one of the other kinds of spells that she could have accidentally picked up instead.
The way things are going, I am going with it being a Sleeping Beauty type spell or enchantment. With Debbi it might not be so bad, because, she a girl and she like being a girl and it might have some kind of romantic feel to it. But, for Tiffany, who would rather be a guy, this is going to really suck!
I think you missed that the implication is that Veronica wants them to kiss each other or her.
Veronica is a lesbian after all.
Actually they’re all dressed after the Disney’s version of Sleeping Beauty, Princess Aurora (Blue and Pink due to Flora and Merryweather’s creative differences) and Maleficent.
Considering how meek she is as a schoolgirl, Verónica had better hope Red and Debbie forget this when the spell is broken. Otherwise, she’ll probably end up trapped in a locker.
Make this part of the actual storyline. I would be tempted to pay for that.

Guessing Veronica wants to kiss both
If we go with the old tradition, it the guy that kisses the girl and not another girl that kisses the girl. Like we need to find one or more Prince Charming s, one for each girl that under the spell or enchantment. Then they fall madly in love with there Prince Charming. Which might add another unwanted twist to Tiffany life that she didn’t want. She could end up with a boy friend out of this.
What if Tiff’s ‘Prince Charming’ turned out to be BJ?
Sleeping beauty didn’t need a prince’s kiss in Maleficent and Veronica has already stated she’s attracted to Red and Deborah.
