Hey kids, I don’t know about you, but this is better than being there. I love this girl! 😀
Just like you love to VOTE! So, don’t let us stop you. 🙂
Sincerely,

Guilt-trip!
Yay, I get to watch characters suffer!
I’ve listened to my daughters talking with their girlfriends, this is too coherent.
That is because Saachi is talking to Melvin, a boy, and dumbing it down
LOL
Somebody’ll be in pretty big trouble…if somebody else can figure out what actually happened…
I’m hoping that look on Melvin’s face is guilt and he gets a grip on his power before he kills someone.
I hate being this guy, but it’s either “crippled” or “a cripple,” not “a crippled.” Though I suppose we could pass this off as bad teenager command of the language, though it seems Saachi has had plenty of practice . . . 😉
Seems the light is beginning to dawn for Melvin. Will he finally start listening to Kazom, or will he persist in going all cowboy and doing stuff on the fly?
Ranck, try explaining that to Saachi. Her response was, “nu uhh, it’s a crippled, like a crippled person, I’m just not saying the person part.” We weren’t entirely comfortable with using “crippled” at all, but it’s how she interpreted and expressed what she’d learned.
This was clearly part of Saachi’s speech stumbling over itself in its rush to escape her mouth.
I fully support the use of words that mean things. “Crippled” is a perfectly good word, and I don’t want to see it dumbed down in an effort to pretend that being crippled is like having freckles, or having blue eyes, so as not to hurt feelings.
Heh, I used “dumbed”.
We feel the same way which is why we opted not to censor her.
I love how animated she is while she is talking. Her hands are moving everywhere. 😀
I do something similar, when I was little I noticed the talking animations for the character models in World of Warcraft and I started emulating those gestures because I thought it was normal to do that stuff.
Best way to put it; I’m like a robot trying to fit in as to not draw attention but backfires.
“I’m like a robot…” <~~~ Hilarious, thanks for that.
It’s a very italian thing to do. My family is Italian and we talk like this all the time…making hand gestures to emphasize our point.
“Her favorite nightshirt, that I gave her.”
Fashion. Of course. It’s a girl telling the story.
Agreed that if this were a perfect example of girl talk, it would be unintelligible to anyone except the girls involved, but this gets the effect across just fine.
Wait, Saachi gave Holly a nightshirt that says, “Clerics Drop the Hammer?” So is Saachi a gamer as well, or just knows what her friend likes?
That would be an interesting twist if both Holly ans Saachi are gamer too, but with different characters in a different floor mate that tend to draw girl in instead of guy in.
Actually, that just a bump on Holly head and nothing really bad going to come of it. But, Saachi is getting over excited about it and probably over exaggerating it just a bit. But, then I think most of up kind of expected that this was what was going happen.
Yep, Melvin realized his powers may have had repercussions for testing teleportation on his crush. I wouldn’t know what to say in his position knowing I was the person responsible for Holly’s hospitalization.
Melvin doesn’t know what to say either. But, he the responsible party for putting her in the hospital and he probably the only one that can wake Holly up too. So Melvin kind of in a pickle, he doesn’t want to reveal what happen and he the only one that can correct the current problem.
“POOR MELVIN”! What he going to do and how is he going to solve this problem?
