I see it either staying pleasant and nice like this, but, he is informed that there is nothing that they can do about Clarence being turned into Tiffany, because it Genie Magic and there’s if Witches magic and there a very violent reaction to mexing to together. There a tendency have explosion or other terrible things will happen. He or she might be turned into an animal or plant and not even be human even. Which would definitely would be worse than Clarence being turned into Tiffany. Melvin still hasn’t come to terms with possible consequences of his decision to try and turn Tiffany back in Clarence could backfire terrible. As they say: Live and Learn and Die and forget it All!
Or, they could get really nasty with Melvin, which is the other possibility here.

Depends on the book’s definition of purity. It might only care about intermixing with another Witch line, and not about intermixing with non-Witches.
