Hey kids, looks likes Melvin’s feeling a little edgy…

Is that a can of Smite soda?
Why yes, yes it is.
So long as the soda’s not decaf or sugarless…
Smite Soda contains such stiff doses of caffeine, sucrose, and smitey stuff that there is no can. It’s just a cylinder of pure Smite sitting there on the desk.
Available only to the genie and wizard trade.
Good thing Kazom conjured up his own ‘phones; if he got any on Mel’s there’s no telling what would happen the next time Mel tried to use them. He’s not quite got the chops to handle Smite.
Well I don’t think it’s some kind of “living shadow” monster that’s following Melvin. I was almost expecting something stepping OUT OF the shadow, but it now seems like something more mundane.
Assuming that blob in the lower left of the first frame is Mel’s shadow, the Shadow appears to spring from a different light source than Melvin’s.
Eldritch indeed.
Kazom was not lying to Melvin, he is not on the headphones, the headphones are on him. Remember when bending the truth it is always about the words used.
Good point. I’m sure Kazom would approve! 😉
So, he is either being tailed by a witch or wizard, or we are about to have a Spy vs Spy crossover!
I thought so, too–but Bach-mann reminded me that the Spies wore fedoras or hombergs or some such, not pointed witch hats.
