Well… that’s quite a first panel, I’d say.
Apologies for the lateness of this page, folks. We didn’t want to skip this week’s story comic, and we were considering just posting a filler, but things didn’t go quite as planned. So as an apology, here’s the filler art we were going to post!

So the ghostly figure in the first panel is Jeanie?
The ghostly tendrils around Red’s boobs suggest what are the “wonderful additions” Charlotte has in mind.
remember, Jeanie DID turn 1 of Melvin’s friends into a girl.. and to this day that dunderheaded dolt hasn’t changed her back into a him. *somewhere in Haji’s Palace* Jeannie: *sneezed loudly*
Nah, I’m pretty sure that’s just the traces of Melvin from when his magic was going off with every stray thought he had.
My interpretation is that Jeanie’s hanging over Red because she’s responsible for her whole body being female, but the blue tendrils are traces of Melvin’s magic that accidentally gave her the ginormous boobs. Jeanie’s transformation made Red slightly above average in the bust department. It was Melvin’s screwup when trying to return Red to normal after her boobs vanished entirely, that made her breasts *really* large.
Sounds good. But why are her eyes glowing blue as well then?
Oh boy! Aren’t they gonna be disappointed when they found out that the magic inside her is just making her into a girl, and not actually any sort of magical talent/potential on her part.
That one possibility. Another one is that the same magic that is transforming her into a girl, is also depositing magical potential inside her too. That could be one of the side effects of being transformed into Tiffany and not being transformed back into Clarence afterward. It changing who she is inside too and not just changing her from a guy to a girl. We have a new Genie and inexperienced witch that messes thing up and both of them have cast spell or magic on Tiffany. At the school, they could be giving Tiffany some cow juice to spur her magic along to. Witches magic is generally learn art where you learn spell to be able to do it. She is coming up on a year now of being a girl with female hormones along with female period too.
What I am trying to sat is, Tiffany could be developing something more than a good pair of boobs. We don’t know yet. After all the struggle that is going on inside her, I would like to see her develop into something.
It’s possible that just being affected by magic for long time is raising your magical potential. Or at least in case of being affected by BOTH genie and witch magic …
Now I just cannot unsee Melvin’s magic grabbing Red’s boobs.
Melvin boy, I know it’s not entirely your fault, but still, gross.
